Mort Neek, the founder of TCM CLINEEK, is an Acupuncturist / Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor & Reiki Master.
He is a graduate from the Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine,
and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program of the
Toronto school of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TSTCM)
and a registered member of the
Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
He is also certified by NCCAOM for the Clean Needle Technique (CNT) Procedure.
CNT certification is one of the requirements for acupuncture examination and certification
by the US National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Over 40 states recognize NCCAOM certification for professional license.
The CNT course and certification is provided by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM).
He has more than 3000 hours of clinical practice experience and the number is only growing. This means more than 2000 satisfied and well treated patients.
After graduating from the university in the field of food sience and engineering, he always
felt the urge to become a health care practitioner.
Once used services of a chinese medicine doctor,
and experienced the effectiveness and holistic approach of TCM,
he became decisive to pursue it as a career.
At the first opportunity he started his studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the
Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the only school in Ontario that meets the licensing and certification requirements in Canada and the United States for Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
He started his practice in 2005 from his home.
He joined Valentino Chiropractic as an Acupuncurist in 2006,
and gradually expanded his practice scope.
He is now practicing as a Doctor of Acupuncture & TCM (D. Ac., D. TCM), and Reiki Master,
in Oakville (Hassard Chiropractic Clinic) , Etobicoke (Valentino Chiropractic Clinic),
and Woodbridge (Remedies Clinic).
